It's not always easy to know how to support a friend or peer in need and start a conversation. Join Sara Louie, program manager of the Collaborative Wellness Project, to learn about BRAVE, a guide to support friends and peers who may be struggling.

Brave Talk is interactive and discussion-based workshop to help attendees:
  • Better identify signs of distress in friends and peers
  • Discuss barriers to helping
  • Apply strategies to engage in a conversation with a peer in distress
  • List places and resources that can be used to support a peer
Open to all Macaulay and CUNY students. Register using the Zoom link: https://gc-cuny-edu.zoom.us/meeting/register/obhqGx6fRsyIvBEjtRN-4w
