Come join the Wellness Team as we help you to de-stress and re-center by leading you through a variety activities around self-care, creativity, and reflection. BYO coloring/writing materials and headphones. 

  • 4:00-4:30PM: Guided Imagery, Outsmarting Your Stress Response, and Journaling with an Attitude of Gratitude
  • 4:30-5:00PM: Virtual Time Capsule Creation and Mindful Coloring
