Gap Year Clinical Opportunity for Pre-PA or Med students in need of Clinical Hours

Hello.  I am a Physician Assistant with The Woman's Health Pavilion.  We are a very busy OB/GYN practice with locations in Forest Hills, Howard Beach, Lynbrook, Westbury, Levittown and Massapequa.  I am reaching out in hopes of connecting with students who are in need of clinical hours to apply for PA or NP school.



Our practice is constantly growing and our need for Medical Assistant staff, at times, is constant.  We have an organized training program in place for new hires, which has yielded great Medical Assistants for the practice.  We have come to find that students with hopes of entering PA/NP school make great Medical Assistants and fit well within our practice.



Our ideal candidate would be in need of approximately 1 year of clinical hours and able to work Full Time.  We would be willing to consider other candidates as well.
