MFIT Alley Pond Adventure Course

Ready for an exciting day outdoors? Join Macaulay FIT at the Alley Pond Park Adventure Course—New York City’s largest challenge course! This is your chance to push boundaries, build confidence, and grow as a team as we conquer both high and low ropes courses, rock climbing walls, zip lines, and so much more. The Alley Pond Adventure Course offers exciting activities designed for all physical abilities, so whether you're an experienced climber or just looking to try something new, there’s something for you! A certified facilitator will guide us through each challenge, encouraging us to reflect, grow, and learn together.

What’s Included?
We’ll provide energy drinks, protein bars, and water to keep you fueled! With your ticket, you’ll have 6 hours to explore a ton of activities:
- High and low ropes courses
- Climbing and bouldering walls
- Zip line
- Trust fall station
- Swings

- balance platforms, and more!

Important Notes
- Participants will be expected to find their own transportation to and from the venue.
- Arrive 20 minutes early so we can start on time and get the most out of our session.
- You’ll need to sign both Alley Pond and Macaulay waivers.
- Wear athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes. Pack a water bottle and a snack to keep up your energy!
- Lockers are available—bring a lock if you’d like to store your belongings. Please avoid bringing large bags, as locker space is limited.
