Were you on your parent’s health insurance but not anymore? Do you want health insurance but don’t know much about it? Do you want to know what you should know? Join us on Wednesday, November 20th at 5 pm for a discussion about key health insurance and health care options for New York college students. This presentation will cover Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Qualified Health Plans. Come with questions, leave with answers.

NYC Human Resources Administration’s Office of Citywide Health Insurance Access (HRA/OCHIA)

Audrey M. Diop is the Managing Executive Director of the NYC Human Resources Administration’s Office of Citywide Health Insurance Access (HRA/OCHIA). HRA/OCHIA works to connect New York City residents and small business owners to coverage and care. In collaboration with a broad network of partners, the Office delivers outreach, education, and training on public and private health insurance.



Audrey directs OCHIA's efforts to promote more affordable health insurance options for New York City residents and small businesses. She oversees the management, development and promotion of NYC Health Insurance Link(NY HI Link), www.nyc.gov/hilink, an informational website that allows residents, small business owners, entrepreneurs, providers and others to learn about health insurance and stay updated on the latest health insurance developments in one convenient location.



Prior to her current position, Audrey served in a variety of managerial positions at the Mayor’s Office of Health Insurance Access and the Office of Citywide Health Insurance Access and worked for the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene as the Special Assistant to the Associate Commissioner and Director of NYC Tuberculosis Control.
