Club Election Results Deadline

All clubs must have one officer fill out this form to let Student Development know of your club's new leaders for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. It is necessary that you fill this out so all future leaders receive pertinent information regarding club re-registration, space reservations, and Community Resources Day. The deadline to fill out this form is Sunday, April 28.

If you're looking to promote your positions, please post on our Leadership Opportunities page. Make an event to promote your elections, and invite new members to see the plans for next year too!
 

Club Council & Student Leadership Awards

The last Club Council meeting of the year on May 3rd 4pm at the Macaulay Building (35 W 67th Street) in the Lecture Hall! We will be serving chinese food at the end of the meeting, and have some Macaulay gear for all club leaders that attend. Some important topics will include Assessment, plans for next years leadership, and looking back at this year. We also have another surprise for our most active clubs, too. Reimbursement Deadline

The Reimbursement Deadline for this semester is Friday 5/29/24. Reimbursement forms will be accepted via email. To submit, please send an email to student.clubs@mhc.cuny.edu with the following documentation:

Student payment request form filled out with your expenses
Screenshots or scanned copies of original receipts
The event flyer/advertisement
Sign-in Sheet/List of Attendees

You can find more info about reimbursements here, and the direct deposit process here. Note, the last day to host events and/or spend funding from your budget is Thursday 5/16.
 

Attention Seniors! Class of 2024 Commencement

The deadline to RSVP for Macaulay's Commencement is 5/1/24. You can register here to RSVP and get your guest tickets. Join us on Tuesday 5/21 for a cap decorating event! If you'd like to help organize, email Eileen.Makak@mhc.cuny.edu

This year's formal dance party is 5/4/24!
