We hope you are having a great summer so far! Orientation is fast-approaching, which means that Community Resources Day is coming up soon. Community Resources Day will be taking place on Monday August 21, and the Community Resource Fair attendees will be split into two sessions, 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to showcase your groups, and get new members as we go into the new year. It is mandatory for all clubs to have a presence at this event, as part of their obligation to the community. Note we will ask all Club Leaders to begin arriving at 12pm.
To claim your table at the fair, you must fill out this form by Sunday, August 13.
You'll need a lot of info to fill out the form including any flyers, handouts, names of attendees representing your group, and more so prepare all your info ahead of time. 1 form per group is needed.

Club Presentations & Performances
Clubs can also exhibit their talents and mission through performing/presenting on this day. We will be offering two sessions of Club Performances in 5 or 10 minute slots between 1:30-2:30pm and 3:00-4:00pm. Click here to sign-up. Note that in each session, there will be different students, so be sure to pick a slot in each session. Space is limited.
Virtual Fair Booths
In addition, we will be hosting a virtual fair through Club Macaulay. This will run from 8/21 to 8/28, and be open to all current Macaulay students. (Note: Unlike previous virtual fairs, we will not have live virtual zoom rooms, unless you'd like the schedule this on your own at a seperate time).
We highly recommend that you make additions and edits to your booth. You can add additional videos, photos, links, and documents. To edit your booth, you must re-register your group. After your club registration is approved you can find instructions here on how to edit your booth. We will not make any adjustments to your virtual booth, but all will be activated by default.
Getting Ready For The Year
- Club To Do List has info you need to get your club started for the upcoming year.
- Get your forms and applications ready to fill any leadership positions you have open.
- Submit your space requests for the fall semester.
- Please note when requesting space or events for Fall 2023, we will not approve any events/meetings that are at the same time as a Club Council Meeting. To avoid delays or changes, do not request this time. Please consult Club Macaulay for a full list of upcoming Club Council Meetings.
