Welcome Back Fair

It’s time to showcase, recruit, and highlight all of the great Macaulay clubs and events for the Spring semester. This year, the Welcome Back Fair will be held in-person at the Macaulay building.

Save the Date for the Welcome Back Fair: Friday, January 31st, 2025 from 2-4pm

The schedule is as follows:

• 1:00pm – 2:00pm: Pre-Club Fair Leader Check-in with Student Development
• 2:00pm – 4:00pm: Club Fair Tabling
• 3:00pm – 4:00pm: Performances & Presentations

Club Fair To-Do: Deadline 1/8/25

1. Register your Club 
   • Let Student Development know who will be representing your club
   • Submit printing requests
2. RSVP for the Club Fair on Club Macaulay
3. Sign up for Performance & Presentations
   • Want to show off your clubs talents? Highlight successful events from the fall? Present the different organizations your club has been involved with? Here’s your chance!
   • Make sure to secure your spot early- a limited number of clubs will be able to register.
4. Strategize about how to use the Club Fair to most benefit your club. Decide your main focus: recruitment, advertising an event, fundraising, supporting a cause, or educational/awareness outreach. Reach out to Student Development or Campus Affairs/Scholars Council for ideas or help!

Club Council Meeting

This Friday 12/6/24 at 4pm is the last Club Council meeting of the semester! Reminder, each club is required to send at least 1 representative. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
 

Finals Wellness

On 12/13 from 5pm-8pm is our finals wellness event! There will be a ton of exciting events taking place, including a bunch hosted by clubs. See full details here
 

Club Leader Retreat

Friday 1/10/25 will be our Club Leader Retreat! Start the year off right with your peers and the Student Development team as we explore leadership development and a fun day of activities! Lunch will be provided and will be followed by a group activity. We highly suggest you send one or two club leaders to this event.
