Re-Branding: The Club Fair is now the Welcome Back Fair

The Club Fair is expanding to include more activities that will launch us into the Spring semester! The Welcome Back Fair includes a resume workshop, the club fair, club performances, and more!

We've heard from students that they're craving community - now is the time to show them the amazing community all of you have built. The Welcome Back Fair can only be successful with all of your help and support, and by reaching out to as many students as possible. Be sure to tell your friends, message your group chats, and spread the word.

We are asking everyone to use this Social Media Toolkit to help promote the fair. Here are some ways you can help:

Post the Welcome Back Fair promo reel on your Club's social media channels.
Share the Welcome Back Fair stories and posts on your own social media channels

Club Leader Retreat

RSVP Now! We'll be hosting our Club Leader Retreat, in-person on Friday 1/19. This will be an opportunity for Club Leaders to get to know other leaders, foster partnerships, and share experiences. We encourage every club to send 1 or 2 officers. Let us know if you're coming by 1/12. RSVP here.

1/15/24 Fall Reimbursement Deadline:
Reimbursements and supporting documents for all spending during the Fall semester are due by 1/15/24. The documents should be collected and emailed to student.clubs@mhc.cuny.edu

Engage with your Macaulay Honors College community! There are close to 40 active student organizations at Macaulay, ranging in categories such as dance, theater, music, art, performance, writing, pre-professional business, law and health, LGBTQ, culinary, community service, sports, and so many more.

Join us at the Club Fair, a great way to meet new people and foster relationships between campuses. Enjoy games, snacks from our snowcone, popcorn, and cotton candy machines, hang out at our photo booth, and enjoy performances, all while learning about the amazing clubs at Macaulay!

Student Organization Leader Workshop 2024

Student Organization Leader workshops take place at the start of the semester. At least two (2) club officers from each club must attend the workshop to fulfill the requirement, but we highly recommend all leaders attend to retrieve the valuable information shared.

Some of the topics to be included will be the student group management system, club charters, club budgets and spending, room reservations, and how to get the most out of being a club
