Hoping everyone is safe and well! We have some important dates coming up for you soon, please see info and announcements below. Now is the time to begin planning your calendar for the Fall semester, and a general interest meeting to welcome new members to your group. If you need any help with strategizing or planning, we'd be happy to help - just let us know!
Club Registration
Registration for returning clubs opens July 1st. Club re-registration will open. Clubs must reactivate their group on Club Macaulay including their new club officers, events, and goals, and update their charter for the upcoming year, as needed. Click here for more information.
2027 Orientation:
Community Resource Day
August 21st! This is a great opportunity to showcase your groups, and get new members as we go into the new year. It is mandatory for all clubs must have a presence at this event, as part of their obligation to the community. We'll be sending out information about how to claim your table or performance spot in a few weeks. We are planning to host a virtual fair, with opportunities for new students to jump into a video chat with you directly, and are working with members of the Scholars Council and Club Leaders to help bring you the best experience to get new members, spread awareness of your groups and welcome the class into our community.
Fall Space Reservations
Submissions for space requests for the fall semester will open July 1st. Priority registration for space will be open from July 1st - 16th, and will begin being reviewed July 15th. You can apply for space in this period by clicking here. After your group is approved, you will need to recreate these events in Club Macaulay, or, you can apply directly in Club Macaulay if your registration is complete and approved.
After July 16th, your group must complete the club registration process to reserve space on the Event Form in Club Macaulay.

Promoting Leadership Opportunities
Are you looking to build out your leadership team and replace new club officers? We're happy to help advertise. You can list your vacant positions here, and we'll be promoting then and directing students to this information. Remember, you need a minimum of 4 officers for your group.
