With over 30 participants, attendees explored the foundations of effective communication, including the importance of body language, tone, and confidence in making a strong impression. The session also addressed common fears that can arise in professional interactions, offering strategies to overcome them. Key etiquette guidelines were covered, along with tips on how to continue conversations smoothly, keeping engagements both professional and engaging.
With over 30 participants, Adrian Rosales and Sabib Hossain guided us through essential Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF/THEN, INDEX, and MATCH. We also explored PivotTables, a powerful tool for summarizing and analyzing large datasets with ease.
These functions are crucial for improving efficiency in data management and analysis, allowing quick lookups and logical decision-making. VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP enable fast vertical and horizontal searches, while IF/THEN helps automate decision-making in formulas. INDEX and MATCH provide advanced flexibility for data retrieval across complex datasets.
